I seek a highly skilled 3D visual artist to accurately render my flat conversion design proposal in photomontage form. The property was formerly a surgery but is presently being renovated into a one bedroom residence. The selected artist must be able to efficiently capture the proposed street-facing elevation and interior courtyard vista as perceived from the living area.
Two photomontage images are required to effectively communicate the renovation vision to stakeholders. The street elevation rendering should realistically depict the proposed external façade modifications and fenestration changes within the context of the surrounding buildings and streetscape. It is imperative that scale and proportions are painstakingly adhered to. In addition, an internal perspective image is requested, expertly simulating the outlook from the renovated living room onto the landscaped courtyard below, including any planned hard landscaping alterations.
