Our new startup needs a long term partner to help spec and design a solar/sand battery
you MUST have over 5 years similar experience you MUST have the ability to spec the REAL WORLD results of solar energy, rise in temp/KW of power input to thermocouple & heat capacity for different materials
You must either be capable or work with someone capable of putting presentation's together to aid in seed funding
We are looking for a long term partner and budget is tight at this early stage but will increase as we grow

Sheldon Peever Studio is seeking a qualified Architect for freelance work on an ingoing basis. Sheldon Peever Studio, based in St Albans, UK have an exciting opportunity for an Architect, proficient in Vectorworks and with experience in a range of sectors, particularly in high end private residential. Small scale commercial works would be good but not essential. Candidates are to have appropriate PI insurance in place as required by the UK’s ARB regulations. The work commitment will be based on a per project basic. Skills and experience required: • A fully qualified architect (ARB or equivalent registered) with at least five years’ post-UK Part 3 (or equivalent) experience is ideal but not essential. • Able to demonstrate exceptional understanding and knowledge of technical and building regulations of UK construction knowledge in the private residential sector. • Able to demonstrate knowledge of the UK planning system and policy would be ideal but not essential. • Good communication skills with fluent written and spoken English. • Understand the Principal Designer role and responsibilities. • Able to write specifications notes. • Experience of Adobe, 3D modelling software would be an advantage Hourly rate subject to level of experience. colour swatches needed in illustrator

We require an illustrator/Photoshop file that enables us to modify the colors of the swatches as we introduce new colors to the range. These will be utilized in print and online, so I think an illustrator file would be preferable so that we can enlarge it without sacrificing quality. I've included a few examples of what we require. The shape should resemble a fingernail.
