Description

I need a parser written in python that will take in the html from a web page and parse the json hidden within the nextjs self.__next_f=self.__next_f tags into a usable json item that allows me to extract the data I need such as listingID, outcode, the images, and all relevant data for the property listing in pages such as this https://www.zoopla.co.uk/to-rent/details/68633181/ . I can get the html code, I just need a parser written in python as a class where I can pass in the page html and the parser will extract and return the json in a usable format. I really need someone who already has some code that does this, or can write it fairly easily. Please only contact me if you have done this before.

Overview: I am exhausted by the endless stream of applicants claiming to be Flutter experts when their profiles are filled with irrelevant skills like Shopify, React, or video editing. If you don’t have serious expertise in Flutter or are just here to "figure it out," do not apply. Every day, I see applicants boasting about having completed "400 projects" and calling themselves "experts," yet not a single Flutter project is reflected in their feedback or portfolio. This is beyond frustrating. If you are one of these individuals wasting clients' time, save yourself the embarrassment and do not apply. Yes, I cancel projects frequently, because developers fail to deliver. When I assign a project, I expect: 1. Immediate action—start right away. 2. Proper environment setup—be ready to work. Instead, I get so-called experts who: - Cannot configure their Mac M1/M2 in compatibility mode, even with Rosetta installed - Struggle to pull code from Git because their environment is a mess - Constantly ask what they should do because they don’t read instructions or lack basic competence To make matters worse, some developers have the audacity to dismiss the provided code as "full of errors" when it has been extensively reviewed and analyzed with zero critical issues. Others claim all their references are under NDA and cannot share anything. When I request a simple demonstration of their abilities by creating a small piece of code based on provided files, they instead demand the full code. Let me be clear: this is a job you are applying for. The code in my hands has cost real money to develop, and it will not be handed over freely to anyone. The behavior I see here makes me wonder if all the incompetents have suddenly decided to become developers. Then there are those who finish the coding, show me a recording of the app, and demand full payment before I even get the code. Let me educate you: this is not how it works. You do the job, show me the results, and then deliver the code once the project is complete and payment is made. If you think otherwise, you are not ready for professional work. Let me make this clear: I have 46 years of coding experience, from Fortran and COBOL to PHP and Python. If you cannot meet basic technical expectations or follow clear instructions, do not apply. What You’ll Do: Phase 1: Restore Functionality - Restore menus (M16a, M16s, M16l) from stable Git code - Fix product count display in the menus - Restore the saving of analysis data until the user logs in - Cocoa pods in ios, flutter method channel is Estimated Time: 8 to 9 hours (The errors have been present before, and a previous developer corrected them in about 2 hours, so I know by experience this is a small job. The same code exists in the Google Play and App Store versions that are working. I can provide APKs and TestFlight versions as proof that this is functional.) Phase 2: Replace Firebase with SSE - Remove Firebase dependencies entirely - Implement Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time notifications - Update and test notification handling on both iOS and Android Estimated Time: 12 to 13 hours Estimated Total Time: 20 to 22 hours Time to Deliver: 3 days, including testing and setup. Setup time is estimated at 1 to 3 hours. Developers who know what they are doing have completed this in as little as 1 hour. and I do not care about new year or any holidays, this is business and not a holiday camp. Requirements: Proven Flutter Expertise: Your profile must demonstrate actual Flutter projects, with verifiable feedback. No irrelevant experience or fake claims. Immediate Action: You are expected to start working as soon as the project is awarded. Environment Setup Competence: You must know how to configure your tools, including Git, compatibility mode on Mac M1/M2, and Rosetta installation. This is basic knowledge. Deliver Without Excuses: The code has been analyzed—there are no critical issues. If you claim otherwise, you either didn’t read the instructions or lack competence. Professional Conduct: Understand that this is a professional job. Do not demand the full code, deliver incomplete work, or attempt to dictate terms contrary to standard professional agreements. Timely Completion: Start immediately and deliver within 3 days. No delays, no excuses. Penalties: Missed Deadlines: Contract terminated without payment. Low Quality or Excuses: Work that does not meet requirements will result in non-payment. This job is for serious professionals who know how to deliver results, not amateurs looking to waste time or milk the clock. If you cannot deliver with precision and efficiency, do not apply.
