Restore / Enhance / Vectorize Old Scans

Greetings,
I have 53 jpg scans of vintage illustrations I'd like to print. They're lower resolution with faded colors and quite a few blemishes.
Looking for a designer or illustrator to help get them print ready. Vectorization might be tough but would prefer it as the final result. Otherwise, cleaned up and color corrected then upscaled should be fine if fit to print.
Please provide examples of your past work cleaning up old or low quality images.
