Multiple 5-10 second Cartoon Animations

I am looking for multiple 10 second animations (or between 7s - 15s), based around a cartoon character, for a crypto project,

i am looking for multiple short videos, between 5 seconds to 15 seconds, the videos should be similar to the the ones ponke posts, however, you can provide your own ideas as well, such as videos based on scenes from movies or sounds throughout pop culture
get creative and please provide how many videos you could create for £100 to £200 and how long for those videos, along with any ideas that spring into your head, and any references.
