“ Hey ProductHunt! A bit of backstory: I started working on ResumeMaker.Online after my sister complained about how difficult it was to find an easy-to-use resume builder online. The goal back then to enable anybody, even non-technical users, to create a beautiful resume in the easiest way possible. But after launching the product, I quickly realized that design wasn't the only pain point for users--writing was even a bigger issue. The truth is that a well-designed resume can help you stand out, but if the content is badly written, it is difficult to compensate with an attractive, well-formatted resume. Most people find it difficult to articulate their words in a way that presents themselves in a positive light, and spend countless hours on it. Hours that could be better spent applying for jobs instead. Finally, after months of curating content, I am proud to announce the stand-alone version of new big feature (probably the biggest so far): Resume Writing Assistant. This feature enables users to select their role and get access to hundreds of examples of work experience descriptions and professional summaries to use as inspiration. Basically, the goal is to turn a very time consuming task, into one that takes only some minutes. At the moment, it covers 25 roles with around a total of 700 templates to choose from.
