I run a hire business and I have a Wordpress website with all my hire items on a stock page. I hire items out on a week-to-week basis. I take orders from several customers each week and it's getting difficult to work out how many items of a certain stock I have left to hire out. I'm looking for a system where orders can be placed on my website into a date range, orders confirmed (but not paid for) and then I know how many items I have rented out, to whom they are rented to and how many items I have left in stock. So an order is placed, I confirm the order and take payment (not an online payment), then I can see what stock is left and the orders synced with Google calendar so I can see what is rented out to who and on which day. Can someone help me with a system to get this set-up? I am open to offers on this project.

The advance in digital technologies over recent years has resulted in significant changes in practice in Surveying and Construction. In particular we have seen the transfer of drawing files by electronic means between parties becoming the industry standard practice. In this coursework you are to assume the role of a Local Authority Building Control Officer (BCO). You have been provided with set of drawings for a domestic dwelling which you must assess for compliance with respect to the Building Regulations England and Wales 2010 as amended. The overarching aim of this is to ensure that you become fully conversant with The Building Regulations, England & Wales 2010, as amended and, being confident in assessing compliance and providing professional advice to clients, contractors and other industry professionals. Task You must review the drawings and specification provided and provide comments on all issues present. This may also include comments regarding information which is not present on the drawings or specification.  Each error must be highlighted by drawing a red circle around the area of non-compliance, each circle must be consecutively numbered.  You will provide a text narrative, by way of notes on the drawing, detailing the noncompliance and stating the correct requirement.  For each area of identified noncompliance, your notes and solution must highlight the relevant approved document and subsection in bold text.  All work must be clearly referenced to the appropriate approved documents and Regulation 7.  To achieve the highest grades must provide reference to BSI Flex 8670 and PAS 8671
