Our business uses Odoo online.
We provide aged care services. We use subcontractors to perform the work.
We are looking to increase the functionality of Odoo to manage these subcontractors.
Some of the tasks needed include:
- Vendor Portal: * Supplier self-registration (we currently use google form) * Sign Subcontractor agreement using Odoo Sign. * Supplier upload compliance documents with expiry date. We need to be notified when the documents are due to expire, as this is important. * Log Shift notes (currently Google Form) * Supplier upload invoices * Send new jobs to suppliers to see if they are interested/available.
We have created Odoo forms on the website but we are not sure how to link them into Odoo to be useful.
I will provide Google form and Odoo links directly to applicants.
If our current licensing is not suitable for this then we are open to discuss what changes are needed.
