Design for a lead magnet

Description

Looking for someone to take our copy and brief to design a lead magnet. Attached is an example of one our older lead magnets, the design is fine but I would like a more striking front page and some more graphics/visuals throughout to make it more compelling. Happy for the work to be done in Canva if the editable file is passed over to us, we are producing quite a few documents like this at the moment so there is more work to be had.
