Project Objectives Automated Data Collection: Implement AI-driven tools to streamline the gathering of carbon-related data throughout construction processes. Decarbonization Strategies: Generate tailored recommendations to minimize carbon emissions based on analyzed data. 3. Scope of Work The selected individual/agency will be responsible for: Platform Development: Designing and developing a user-friendly platform with robust backend support. AI and Machine Learning Integration: Creating intelligent models to process and analyze data. IoT Integration: Incorporating sensors and other smart devices for real-time data acquisition. Decarbonization Recommendation Engine: Developing an AI-based decision-making system to suggest emission reduction strategies. Security and Compliance: Ensuring data privacy and adherence to industry regulations. 4. Breakdown of Tasks Kindly provide a detailed breakdown of tasks, including but not limited to: Research & Requirement Analysis UI/UX Design Backend and Frontend Development AI Model Training and Implementation IoT Integration & Sensor Deployment Testing & Quality Assurance Deployment & Maintenance 5. Team Composition Kindly include the team structure, including but not limited to: Project Manager: Oversees the project timeline and deliverables. AI/ML Engineers: Develop and train machine learning models. IoT Specialists: Integrate IoT devices and sensors for data collection. Software Developers: Build the platform’s backend and frontend. UI/UX Designers: Ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience. Data Scientists: Analyze and interpret collected carbon data. Security Experts: Ensure platform security and compliance. Please state the number of each team member that will work on the project. 6. Proposed Development Stack Please specify the technology stack to be used, including but not limited to: Frontend: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Ruby on Rails Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn Cloud Services: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure IoT Protocols: MQTT, LoRaWAN, or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 7. Project Timeline & Milestones Please provide an estimated timeline, including key milestones such as: Month 1-2: Requirement gathering, UI/UX design, and initial prototyping. Month 3-5: Core development, AI model training, and IoT integration. Month 6: Testing, security checks, and performance optimization. Month 7: Deployment and post-launch support. 9. Budget & Payment Terms A cost breakdown should be provided, covering: Development costs AI and IoT integration costs Testing and quality assurance costs Maintenance and support costs 10.
