Payment to be made before the directory is published, with auto-renewal for annual payments. Signup Process: Users must subscribe (free or paid) before entering their directory details. Approval Process: All directory submissions must be sent to me for review and approval before going live. Additional Fields in Directory Forms: Add tickbox options for users to indicate: Membership in specific associations. Awards they have won. - With the logo appearing on the listing. Additional Information Payment setup should include secure processing for recurring payments. I want someone to work with me who is happy to make updates and can advise on other ways we can enhance the site/experience.
