Description

Project Overview: I am looking for an experienced developer to create a website with the following key functionalities: 1. VPN Integration: The website should automatically activate a VPN connection as soon as it is launched. 2. Web Scraping: The website should scrape data from a specified external website in real-time while it is active. 3. Process Control: The scraping process should stop automatically when the website is closed.
Key Requirements: 1. VPN Activation: - The website should integrate a secure VPN service. - VPN must start automatically when the website is launched. - Users should not need to manually enable or configure the VPN.
2. Web Scraping Functionality: - The website must scrape data from example.com. - Data scraping should follow ethical guidelines and comply with the legal policies of the target website. - Scraped data should be stored temporarily for real-time use or processing.
3. Start/Stop Mechanism: - Scraping should begin only when the website is active. - The process must stop automatically as soon as the website is closed or inactive.
4. User Interface: - A simple, user-friendly interface to start and stop the process. - Basic display of scraped data on the website.
Additional Requirements: - Experience with web scraping tools like Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, or Selenium. - Knowledge of integrating VPN APIs or services. - Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js) and frontend frameworks. - Compliance with legal and ethical scraping practices.
Deliverables: 1. Fully functional website with the above features. 2. Source code and documentation for maintenance and scalability. 3. Instructions for deploying the website on a server.
How to Apply: Interested freelancers are requested to provide: 1. A brief proposal explaining your approach to the project. 2. Relevant experience and portfolio showcasing similar projects. 3. Estimated timeline and cost.
Please feel free to ask if you have any questions or require clarification before submitting your proposal.

Good day, This is a challenge for all the programmers out there, who can help resolve this issue, and if this issue is resolved, then this is going to be a celebration time :). We have been trying to resolve this issue but so far no luck, so thought to post here with this hope and wish that someone can help resolve this issue. Please let me know, how long it will take and how much you will cost to resolve this issue. See below and let me know if any of you can resolve this issue: ------- See this code: https://github.com/SoftEtherVPN/SoftEtherVPN_Stable We need to compile or convert the softether client pack send/receive binary protocol and encryption to swift ios project like their client do for windows and linux. Softether actually not providing the implementation for ios. We have replicated the TLS connection but not able to make the handshake binary protocol and softether server terminates the TLS connection with following logs: On the TCP Listener (Port 443), a Client (IP address 39.60.124.38, Host name "39.60.124.38", Port number 56504) has connected. For the client (IP address: 39.60.124.38, host name: "39.60.124.38", port number: 56504), connection "CID-4992" has been created. SSL communication for connection "CID-4992" has been started. The encryption algorithm name is "TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384". Connection "CID-4992" terminated by the cause "A client which is non-SoftEther VPN software has connected to the port." (code 5). Connection "CID-4992" has been terminated. The connection with the client (IP address 39.60.124.38, Port number 56504) has been disconnected. ------- Basically, you need to convert the C files logic of softether client into swift files that will be implemented in iOS.

Experience Level: Expert I'm looking for a Developer/s to continue the work of other Developers as our needs increase. I’ve advertised before, but do put an offer in if I didn’t accept last time. The software is Python Scrapy based. These are some of the links for the websites I need scraping. I only need the information as attached in the spreadsheet. It has to be in the format shown as all the sheets are linked together - https://merge-csv.com/ I have IDOX and ASPX software developed, so potentially a continuation of what works already would be the most efficient approach. Let me know possible timescales. Most of the following run on ASPX https://planweb01.rother.gov.uk/OcellaWeb/planningSearch https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/tmbc/search-applications https://plantech.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/PLANTECH/DCWebPages/acolnetcgi.gov?ACTION=UNWRAP&RIPNAME=Root.pgesearch https://data.whitehorsedc.gov.uk/java/support/Main.jsp?MODULE=ApplicationCriteria&TYPE=Application https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/Search/Advanced this one was running but now there is a human test on the site https://eppingforestdc.my.site.com/pr/s/planning-application/a0hTv000004boMwIAI/epf260024?c__r=Arcus_BE_Public_Register&tabset-dc51c=2 The following one is run on IDOX which I can normally get going myself, but these won't run on the codes I have. https://pa.sevenoaks.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple And these are links to the site that needs EasyOCRParsing work doing to extract data from online forms. The scraper works already. https://developmentandhousing.hackney.gov.uk/planning/index.html?fa=search https://eppingforestdc.my.site.com/pr/s/planning-application/a0hTv000004boMwIAI/epf260024?c__r=Arcus_BE_Public_Register&tabset-dc51c=2 Thanks for looking. Any developers interested I will send a link to the developed software folders. Let me know if this is something you are able to do with an idea of costs.
