Create a Bitcoin Lotto Application with Smart Contracts

I'm looking for an ambitious developer to create a unique Bitcoin(fork) Lotto application where players can purchase a weekly ticket, the winner is selected at random and they receive the prize fund to their wallet automatically. I belong to a large community of users who will use this tool. I have a bunch of other bigger projects which I'm looking for a dev for and this lotto project will potentially lead to regular work in an exciting, leading edge of blockchain development. I am looking for a long term-relationship with a quality dev to build amazing things. Key features of the application will include: - No user signup, the user only enters their chosen name for their entry to the lotto when sending their ticket purchase: The app will lock all of the users' ticket amounts into a smart contract with time lock and paid out at a specific time every week to a randomly chosen address. - Lottery ticket purchase: The app should facilitate easy and secure purchase of lottery tickets. - Prize payout management: This feature should ensure that the prize payouts are managed in a transparent, decentralised and fair manner. - Shows current total prize fund at all times so that potential buyers can decide if it's worth entering the lotto. - Shows how many tickets have been bought so far (and maybe names and amounts of entrants) - Shows a timer countdown until winning ticket chosen to create fomo - Shows the chosen name of the winning wallet for each previous Ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Prior experience in developing lottery or similar games apps will be a significant advantage. - Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Bitcoin forks, other utxo chains and their associated technologies. - Knowledge and experience in working with smart contracts. - Experience/knowledge of Linode where this app will be hosted - I will assist with UX design Please note: This project is something I want to discuss in much more detail with developers who bid, who I believe would be a good fit to outline the full vision and the future work. The app will be built for utxo and I will provide details of the specific script to be used.
