Wordpress website help add few pages revamp website already live

Hello,
I’m looking for somebody to work within the UK who has the skill set in relation to revamping my website and adding a few pages and making it look a little little bit more modern.
I’m really after a FAQ section in my website, which might entail video short in someway if you could help me do that that would also be good.
I’m not interested in any SEO or CONTENT. It is purely for adding a few pages and this will be directly marketed by ourselves to our own clients.
