Sheldon Peever Studio, based in St Albans, UK have an exciting opportunity for an Architect, proficient in Vectorworks and with experience in a range of sectors, particularly in high end private residential. Small scale commercial works would be good but not essential. Candidates are to have appropriate PI insurance in place as required by the UK’s ARB regulations. The work commitment will be based on a per project basic. Key responsibilities: • Lead a design team and manage the delivery of projects from RIBA work stages 1-4 would be ideal but not essential. • Capable of managing multiple projects at different RIBA work stages. • Working directly with other consultants is essential and working with clients would be good but not essential.
