A newly setup charity is planning to offer grants to:
1. Individuals in need2. Other charities or voluntary groups delivering services to benefit people
The new charity was intending to develop various resources for a new grant programme(s), these resources include:
1. Pre Application Stage
- Application Form- Guidance- FAQ’s
2. Post Application Stage
⁃ Outcome Letter⁃ Award Letter⁃ Grant Agreement
3. Assessment Stage
⁃ Procedural Policy (for assessor)⁃ Guidance Document (for assessor)⁃ Due Diligence Checklist⁃ Scoring Sheet⁃ Reference Request
4. Grant Management Stage
- Interim and or;- End of Grant reporting
This project is to establish an online solution delivering against the various stages mentioned above; the customer facing sections will be accessed through the charities website e.g. online application form, guidance/faq’s etc. there will be a separate grant admin section in the backend, through here the grant admin can process the applications that have come in, individual applications can be reviewed, assessed and scored, the solution should provide the ability to automate the scoring process based on preset criteria, which could modified over time.
