Flow chart with hyperlinks on a Google Doc

Hi, I need a decision making flow chart with hyperlinks created for a google doc- must be visually nice to look at- must be practical and functional- must work on Google docs- there will be 3 options to choose from and each of these options will have 4 outcomes. Each of these outcomes will be a hyperlink to a bookmark on the Google Doc
See similar flow chart i built on free version of Lucid for reference. The yellow boxes will be the hyperlinks.
More basic version built on Google Sheets attached also to help your understanding of the nature of the work.
