I require digital manipulation of two existing photographs to conceptually illustrate a proposed 2-storey rear extension to a residential property. The original images depict the side elevation of the subject building. Through careful modification including extending foundation lines and adding additional exterior walls and windows, the photographs should schematically represent the scaled extension. Attention must be paid to maintaining visual symmetry and proportion. Nature and hard landscaping elements within view of the proposed works must remain unaltered to provide an authentic representation. The adjusted photographs will communicate to local planning authorities the scale and massing of additions relative to the neighboring dwelling visible in one image.
