Create animated graphics for a saas platform

I need an animator who can create some short graphical representations of a saas platform. We are creating storyboards for specific actions within our platform - please see the attached screen shot for the first one. The areas with keylines in red are the parts that we want to focus in on, numbered 1, 2, 3, 4. The artwork is currently created in Figma.
Questions & Considerations:Is Figma an ok format to supply artwork?The goal with these animations is to use them on our website. We want to show 'ease of use' but not give away any secrets!Can you set this up and supply base files so that we can make amendments ourselves in future?
I'd like you to quote for the first animation, there is likely to be 5 more after this first one.
