Build WordPress site based on a pre-designed Figma prototype

We need an experienced WordPress developer to take end-to-end ownership of implementation and delivery of our new customer-facing website. The site has already been prototyped in Figma by our in-house designer, so we now need a professional external resource to focus on taking it from prototype to go-live. Our previously contracted developer started the implementation using Divi and then switched to Elementor, but if, based on your experience, you have a strong preference for a different WordPress template package, we can discuss that option as well.
