PDF and MS Word Design Expert for Booklet Design

We have a Membership Booklet for our business which we need to edit from time to time. The booklet is a PDF with non editable text. We have a word document with the same text and would like to make this word doc look "nice" like the PDF version so that we can edit as and when then save as a PDF. Both documents are attached. We want the word doc to have the title page, images etc similar to or same as the PDF. IMPORTANT: It must be set up in a way that we can easily change the text (including adding whole new paragraphs or sections) without it messing up the formatting of the document. So for example, if we add a new half a page, just by pressing "enter" after the text above, it should cause any images etc after it to automatically go on to the next page. Hopefully this makes sense but if not just ask!
