Looking for a live wedding illustrator

Description

I seek a talented wedding illustrator to create live portraits of guests at a wedding reception in Newport Pagnell in May 2026. The artist will visit the venue and utilize their skills to capture likenesses of the bride, groom and attending guests through quick sketches and paintings done on location. Approximately 4 hours will be required on the day to interact with and illustrate the wedding party members as the reception unfolds. The ability to work confidently in a busy, social setting is essential as guests may observe the creative process and inquire about the artwork. Completed works will be presented to subjects so they have a one-of-a-kind memento capturing their presence and smiles and contributing to the cherished memory of this joyous celebration. Applicants should possess strong drawing and painting talents allowing swift yet accurate depictions and be comfortable engaging visitors at the event. Experience with similar commission work creating keepsake portraits for clients at planned social functions would be valued.
