Attractive poster with calendar when to sow and plant vegetables

hello, attached a callendar with months of a full year when to sow and plant vegetables in a greenhouse. Purpose is to design a poster with the concerned (selection) vegetables on it. Images of vegetables need to be generated by ai to have no troubles afterwards with photo licensing or royalties. The design is for printing on a A1 poster so 594x840 mm + 3mm bleed. It has to be an attractive poster, original design. Please explain in your proposal which program you will use and your global idea of the design. I must be able to modify the design afterwards (so work with layers). The excel is in Dutch and need to stay in Dutch but you can translate to understand :-). Thank you.

Monkey Character for Children's Book

I need someone who is better at using AI than me to create a number of scenes (10 or less) for a kid's book about a monkey who goes on mini-adventures. Content is written but I am unable to get AI to be consistent with its illustrations. Book size will be 10x8 inches (landscape). I have attached a version of how I would like it to appear. I can send manuscript once everything is agreed but as an example, once page (spread across 2 pages) will involve it being in a jungle, next using a turtle as a vessel to get across a river and so on.
