Let me be clear: this is a job you are applying for. The code in my hands has cost real money to develop, and it will not be handed over freely to anyone. The behavior I see here makes me wonder if all the incompetents have suddenly decided to become developers. Then there are those who finish the coding, show me a recording of the app, and demand full payment before I even get the code. Let me educate you: this is not how it works. You do the job, show me the results, and then deliver the code once the project is complete and payment is made. If you think otherwise, you are not ready for professional work. Let me make this clear: I have 46 years of coding experience, from Fortran and COBOL to PHP and Python. If you cannot meet basic technical expectations or follow clear instructions, do not apply.
