WordPress | Error establishing connection | Server connections

Hi I have a website on WordPress hosted on DigitalOcean. 2 problems (see attachments). 1. I experience this "Error establishing a database connection" sometimes. Maybe I should upgrade my server plan? 2. I experience these error connections. Not sure if this is my internet connection but it's getting annoying. Sometimes no problems, sometimes it shows. I tried different browsers, and change VPN, I can't find root cause. It's intermittent. Maybe there's a geolocation blocking. If someone can find what's causing these and fix. I don't have other notes regarding the server as I'm not a web developer. I'll disclose the website once we talk. Budget will vary depending on experience. Thank you.

Complex Data base integrtaion with wordpres site

I will try and make this very brief. I am the owner of glaciustravel.com. We are a travel company. Currently I use typeform for asking clients all the information i need, but it ends up messy and i then have multiple data sources. its complex. Looking for a portal on the website for customers to enter all data i need them to - i think airtable is best for that, then i need it to link up with worldpay (i think we can do that via zapier?!) - it needs to be worldpay - and then i need sub reports to be pushed out to various suppliers. Basically, I need one super table for each trip, with all data, fed in by staff at this end, and also my clients. it needs to be a live document and able to be acessed by suppliers (parts of it). needs to allow a payment gateway for the selections that the clients are choosing.
