A startup is looking to enhance the user experience of their conversational AI assistant on critical pages. The chatbot was designed using a bubble UI/UX format to be helpful, harmless and honest.
However, upon further testing some usability issues have come to light. The project seeks a UX designer to fine tune the bot's layout on pages involving account registration, payment processing and support requests.
Key tasks involve evaluating the current design against best practices for conversational assistants, identifying points of friction and ambiguity and proposing revised bubble formats, text and visuals.
The goal is to streamline the process and ensure users can complete needed tasks as effortlessly and intuitively as possible when interacting with the AI through these important pages.

I need help to build a flow in Zoho Recruit to address a couple of requirements regarding attachment management and reporting. Here’s a breakdown of the tasks: Attachment Presence Reporting: In Zoho Recruit, we add attachment documents to the candidate record, and these attachments are categorized by an attachment category. Currently, there’s no way to report on whether an attachment exists for a particular category. Ideally, we would like to build a solution that will automatically identify if an attachment is present for a specific category and allow us to report this with a True/False value. My suggestion is to create a checkbox field for each attachment category (24 in total) on the candidate record. A code should be developed to automatically check the corresponding checkbox when an attachment is uploaded in that category. This will give us the visibility and reporting we need. Zoho Sign Integration: We also have a Zoho Sign integration on the page. When 2 x Zoho Sign documents are completed, we need the completed PDF to be automatically uploaded as an attachment under the category “Registration Pack/HMRC New Starter” or "Compliance Form" depending on the document. This functionality will ensure that the document is automatically categorized and easily accessible under the relevant candidate’s record. Ok, techies, can you give some thought to this before you get in touch? This is a pre-cursor to a full-fledged membership/loyalty card concept that I will look to roll out after 6-9 months. I need a basic solution for now, as time and costs are big factors. So for the time being, it only needs to do the following: 1) create a card, similar to the attached in digital format. 2) it needs to be able to assign a name and membership number with expiry date. 3) the expiry date must be absolute, which means, the card must not be able to load or be visible after it has expired. 4) the link to download it must be usable only once, otherwise a new one generated if something goes wrong. This will prevent mis-use and unverified sharing. For now, this is as sophisticated as it needs to get. No back end or critical infrastructure needs to be created. Please come with a proposal if you understand the concept parameters only and can work within a finite budget. Thank you
