We have had several unique processes created in Sales Force.We create orders from opportunities (called inquiries in our SF) or add orders directly if we bypass the opportunity stage.
Our model relies on ensuring credit checks are up to date on our system and each company has a credit check status and it last for 90 days. The information is recorded within the companies profile.
We would like Sales Force to disable the ability to create an order unless the credit score is valid and in date.
Example. Customer is in Sales Force. The Alert of the top of the page warns us that there credit report is out of date. In bold Red - this can be ignored. Users can click on new order and create the order. We want this to be blocked until the credit score is updated.
Can this be done? Can you do this?
