Novel content formatting on Word Doc

Summary:
I need assistance with content formatting for my novel on a Word Doc. The formatting needs to be in accordance to BookBaby.com requirements (Go to page 2 for detail on formatting requirements). This work needs to be completed within 1 day and will need to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting this project.
Issue:
On PDF file titled “IncorrectFormat” it shows how the context text in the novel is out of range according to BookBaby.com format requirements. You job is to fix this problem by following BookBaby’s format requirements (see page 2). I will provide my novel in a Word Doc and you will fix it. Formatting will involve changing either font size, or images on novel to make it compatible. When you are formatting, please be carful not to cut off my poems. All of my poetry pages must be within one page with the pictures. However, all the rest of the content can be re-arrange to fit BookBaby’s requirements.
These are 3 key important points about this project:
* Must sign a NDA before starting project.* This work cannot take days; it must be done in 24 hours. * Please keep all of my poems and it’s images within same page. * Be carful not to modify or edit content by accident. Editing and Proofreading is already completed.
