This is an opportunity to transition an existing healthcare demo into an MVP for a medical technology startup. The current demo was created using no-code tools in React, Vite, with Supabase (database and edge functions), as well as OpenAI’s API. What You’ll Be Working On: • Developing a robust, scalable backend with minimal frontend work (purely an admin panel). • Ensuring the system meets healthcare compliance requirements. • Architecting for future scale, balancing short-term delivery with long-term growth. • Setting up a highly automated development pipeline (CI/CD) for efficient and reliable deployments. • Working closely with a healthcare integration specialist to deploy an early version of the solution in real-world settings. • Collaborating with a domain expert to align technical decisions with industry needs. • Deciding whether to build upon or redevelop the existing no-code foundation. What We’re Looking For: • Strong backend development expertise. • Ability to make strategic technical decisions while executing efficiently. • Experience designing scalable system architectures. • Project is stack-agnostic (although common backend languages preferred). The app has no user interface, so design work is minimal. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving backend challenges and shaping early-stage MedTech products in collaboration with industry specialists.
