I seek an experienced web developer to build out my completed website design into a functional site. The design and hosting platforms have already been selected, so technical implementation is the focus of this project. Key deliverables include converting PSD or design files into HTML/CSS, integrating backend functionality, adding or customizing site navigation features, and thoroughly testing all aspects of the user experience across devices. Familiarity with the selected hosting platform is preferable but not required, as I can provide guidance on its features and administration.
