For Arabic Freelancers only - Graphic Design for Arabic Card

Hi,
I need a native Arabic speaker to design a card (one side) that contains instructions and information in Arabic using modern and attractive graphic design techniques that are suitable for the specific content that I will provide to the selected freelancer.
The designer needs to read and absorb the content, and then suggest the best design effects relating to the card background, types/colors/sizes of text font to be used (with variation based on the meanings to be highlighted), as well as any other design effects the designer can suggest.
The card orientation will be landscape. The designer is to suggest the specific dimensions after discussion with me.
