I need to create a flight comparator application

Description

Develop a mobile flight comparator application for iOS and Android, specifically aimed at Maghreb destinations: Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia (also Africa).
API to use: Integration with Travelpayouts or SkyscannerFlights API
Features:
Search and comparison of flights (prices, schedules, stopovers, companies).Price alert notifications and saving favorites.Simple, modern, and multilingual interface (French, English).
Framework: Flutter or React Native
Possible hybrid solution: I want a serverless application to quickly launch the application, then perhaps add a server later if the need evolves (for example, to manage user accounts or additional services).
Requirements:
A fast, intuitive and lightweight application.
