Real-Time Data Updates: With real-time data updates, our sales and marketing teams can access the most current information regarding property leads, facilitating timely follow-ups and enhancing customer engagement. Enhanced Communication: The integration will enable efficient communication with potential clients. Automated email responses and targeted follow-ups can be triggered based on lead activities, ensuring personalised interactions and improved lead nurturing. Unified Platform: By centralising lead data in HubSpot, our teams will have a comprehensive overview of all interactions and communications with clients, resulting in better-informed decision-making and streamlined collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Product lister - map existing data to list products on platforms. The product lister will be responsible for mapping existing data from our Woocommerce site to list products on various retail platforms including: Amazon The range DIY.com The ideal candidate will have experience with data manipulation, data entry, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of product listings. Responsibilities: 1. Map existing data from Woocommerce to product listing templates on various platforms. 2. Each platform will need category mapping. 3. Descriptions may need editing to remove html code or shortening to fit length requirements. 4. Existing listings will need to be excluded from the creation of new listings by downloading a report of existing product listings. 5. Images may need upscaling with upscayl to meet dimension requirements. 6. The description may need to be split up or concatenated to form bullet points to highlight product features. 7. Default data may need to be submitted where data is missing, such as weights or dimensions 8. Some chemical products will need to be submitted with GPSR information to comply with advertising requirements (More details are available on this) Requirements: 1. Experience of listing on marketplaces. 2. 2+ years of experience in data entry, product listing, or a related field. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently, we are looking for someone to work by themselves without requiring constant communication. 6. Ability to work with a variety of data formats and systems. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for product listing and a strong attention to detail, we would like to hear from you. The first batch will include listing around 1,500 products on each of the 3 platforms listed above. Please place your bid and let me know your hourly rate for future projects. This will be a regular task every 3-6 months.
