You must be able to work from our Git hub on your local machine, and do a sample and video it, to prove you can do what we've suggested without giving away your code/program. Just evidence it in a clear video. Then we will engage you and pay the PPH deposit.

We are using a Wordpress plugin called "Essential Real Estate" and need some custom code for when someone signs up for a subscription. The current plugin allows visitors to sign up for a membership if they are not already a user. Then they must login and "become an agent" before they can get access to the benefits of membership. I would like the custom code to add the following functionality into the signup/payment process which includes paypal and stripe as payment methods... - create a user - add them as an agent (this is not a WP role but done through creating a new post in a CPT) - add the membership level - log the user in and take them to their profile page I also need the new code showing to me so that I can keep it safe for when we update the plugin.

I am seeking an experienced developer to help automate data collection for my car rental business. The project involves web scraping used car valuations, auction results, and competitor rental pricing, then integrating the data into an Excel dashboard. Scope of Work: 1.
