Ongoing Python Development

We have a new project we are about to look for assistance on; this will involve Python Programming. In short, we are an Internet Service Provider and we need to improve our switching process to be more automated and self-sufficient. Very Briefly: We need to be able to handle incoming requests, search internal databases, and respond accordingly. We also need to be able to send outbound queries and deal with the responses, track switch processes, and confirm/reject at the required times. Update existing XL spreadsheet
