Create an online competition website

Description

I require a website with the same functionality, features and layout as : www.clickcompetitions.co.uk or elitecompetitions.co.uk:
- include user login / seperate account for each user- allow users to purchase tickets for competitions- all randomly generated tickets to be issued within a defined range for each competition entry- allow instant win competitions to be ran with instant user notification if they have won- allow site credits to be credited as prizes to user account wallet- allow unlimited numbers of competitions to be created with defined time ranges for competitions to begin and end and for all entries to be downloadable into an excel sheet to allow for a winner to be drawn using the ticket numbers purchased by each participant- allow for payments via credit and debit card and apple pay with a secure payment gateway with monies sent directly to a uk business bank account- allow for the website theme to designed to match logo colours and theme- allow for a live entrants section to display the first name and first initial of the second name of each person who has entered the competition- allow for users to accept terms and conditions before they checkout- allow for a winners page to be added to allow articles about past winners to be posted with images- allow for website to be secure- allow for website to be hosted on own server- allow for me to have full ownership of any source code / rights to any content
