Rental Market Data Scraping and Analysis

Description

We are seeking an experienced data scraper to replicate a previous project that involved gathering rental market data across multiple property listing platforms. The goal is to compile a comprehensive dataset of property listings, including details on total listings, availability status (e.g., Let Agreed), and unique stock by region, agent and portal.
The project will involve data collection, deduplication, and organizing results into clear, actionable spreadsheets. You’ll also conduct a gap analysis to identify missing data for certain agents/platforms. Experience with similar projects and proficiency in delivering insights through structured data is essential.
Deliverables:We have a sample spreadsheet that we would like to work towards which includes:* Clean, well-organised data sheets.* Summary visualisations and key insights.
