Simple Website Required

I need a Wordpress or Mobirise or similar website. It will have a glossy, fresh appearance for selling a range of Books. It will comprise of a continual scroll page with:
Header and PictureMessage and Product informationIndividual listing of Book, with a photo and description text, plus a click link to a better description pageAbout Us section & Author Bio picturesBlog facility – individual blog boxes with links to go to a larger blog article page.FAQsCustomer Review rowContact Us boxConnections to SocialsFooter containing space/ link for Ts&Cs, Privacy & Cookies Policy.
Some screen shots are attached here to show the sort of thing in mind.
There will be no sales integration from the website. There will be a click link from each book, which will take the Visitor to an Amazon Page to complete and buy the book. The website is purely to give information and redirect the Buyer/ Visitor to the Amazon listing.
It will need to be easy to operate so I can add listing/s and details for new books and content as required.
This will be required within 2 weeks of commencement, written, tested and ready to publish to my hosting.
If the project is a smooth process, then I have another 20 similar sites to be designed/ implemented in the near future.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The price is fixed. Do not send any ‘placeholder’ proposals.
You must have real, live examples of websites you have designed so I can see what you have done before.
The website must be tested, uploaded and working, before payment is released.
The website and any/ all IP or copyright will belong to me upon completion. You must sign this over to me.
