I need to change the words size and colour on my logo

I want to make the lancashire smaller and the language academy bigger whilst keeping the same font and style completely. Just the size. I also want to change the colour so the 'lan' and 'shire' are yellow/orange and the 'cash' red (like the spanish flag). If it would be possible to stripe the letters and give a format of how that would look. So 2 versions, that would be great. Please only apply if you can keep everything the same except what I asked.
