Enhance and improve existing networking and job-seeking website

We are re-launching a company that connects athletes/job seekers with companies/businesses looking to hire. We would like to add the ability for athletes to network/communicate on the site. The website was originally launched in 2019 then shut down for a while. We would like to relaunch with an enhanced interface that flows smoother and is easier to view and search. The site currently allows athletes to upload their information, resume and photo and with a password, allows businesses to view individuals for hire. If possible, we would like the web site to be able to charge individuals (via credit card) to post to the site. We would also like to enhance the function of the web site that filters applicants into a database that we search on the back end via certain criteria that we have requested such as Geographical preference, area of interest (finance, Pharma, etc) as well as graduation year and sport played. We are looking for a freelancer who will look at what we currently have in place and help us to enhance and advance the current platform. Our product starts with this site and we need it to be higher-end and more sophisticated than its current state. We are essentially recruiters who want to connect athletes and businesses as well as athletes to each other via this web site but our value add is also harnessing information from the site and working with businesses on a one-off basis.
