Credit bureau identification update

Description

Need for a word processing professional that can adjust to documents that have two different addresses that I need to send to the credit bureaus
My original address is on the ID card but I have since moved and now have a new address
Unfortunately I must dispute serious inaccuracies on my credit report and my ID to my new address has not arrived as of yet (second month waiting)
