Project Goal: We are seeking a solution for the personalized production of eyewear frames that can be easily adjusted to the individual dimensions of the future wearer, such as head width, nose size, and other specific requirements. The aim is to create a universal model that allows for efficient adjustments according to the customer's needs.
2. Universal Frame Model: Develop a single basic frame in universal dimensions, with its shape precisely modeled according to the attached sketches. This model should include all the required features.
3. V-Groove Around the Rim: Create a V-shaped groove around the entire rim of the lens opening. The groove must be centered in the thickness of the frame and consistent around the entire rim on both sides of the frame.
4. Adjustable Parameters: The model must allow for adjustments of the following dimensions: ○ Widthof the frame ○ Widthof the bridge ○ Angleof the nose pads ○ Thickness of the frame ○ Length of the temples ○ Angleof the temple ends
5. Technical Solution for Dimension Adjustments: To participate in this project, please contact us with your experience and a description of the solution you plan to implement. Specify the software and methods you will use to model the frame, and explain how you will ensure the ability to adjust the model's dimensions. Ideally, the dimensions should be adjustable simply by changing numerical values, allowing for quick and easy modifications.
6. Time Estimate and Quotation: Please prepare a time estimate for the work required to complete the project and a quotation for the total implementation.
7. Documentation: All sketches, including marked dimensions and variable parameters, are provided in the attached document.
