We seek a seasoned landing page developer to craft high-converting pages that optimize lead generation for our expanding Google advertising initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience designing and coding beautiful, mobile-responsive templates using features like dynamically populated forms, countdown timers and gamification elements to incentivize on-site interactions.
Key responsibilities include conducting customer research to understand motivations and pain points, then conceptualizing pages that directly address these through compelling value propositions, social proof and calls-to-action. You will leverage behavioral psychology and conversion rate optimization techniques to eliminate friction throughout the user experience. Analytics integration and A/B testing are expected to continually refine page elements and maximize results.
Quality and speed are priorities, so a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is essential along with proficiency in page builders like Instapage. You will work independently, but also collaborate effectively with our marketing and sales teams to ensure page messaging aligns with campaign goals and brand voice. Contracts will be ongoing based on campaign needs with performance evaluated regularly through key metrics like form submissions and cost-per-lead.
