Design a 3 page proposal

Description

I require the design and formatting of a three page Microsoft Word proposal document. The proposal should have a consistent and professional design with headers and footers applied across all pages. Footers should include the proposal title and date, while the footer needs to display the page numbers. The main text font must be Arial size 11 or 12. In addition to designing the formatting layout, I request the inclusion of a table compiling key details and an Outlook-style graphic to visually represent vital information. The cover page design can also be modified or improved for greater visual appeal and impact, if deemed suitable by the freelancer. The final deliverable needs to be a print and share-ready PDF document following guidelines of simple, streamlined design bringing focus to the content through judicious use of typography, colors and visual elements.
