I would like to get an app developed from scratch. I want it to be a very high quality job, and there may be a need for complicated programming. The budget should be quite decent. It needs to be a freelancer that is a Native English Speaker. I will send the full outline to someone after signing an NDA.I will provide the outline idea, you will be responsible for everything from there up to the app being ready to publish and use. You will need to publicise the app to our Google play console and apple account. Final payment will be made once the app is live. Once the budget is agreed it will be fixed.
