I am looking someone to finish out spread sheet off. price check the last 1k products 3k already been done by then in house team, finding the best price that pops up first and matching or beating the price, but has to be more twin cost price plus vat the cost column and rep are next to Each other.
Job will need to be completed by 22nd of Jan @ 10am

I’m looking for an experienced Excel expert to help create a custom, automated POS-style report for my mobile bar event company. We need someone who can: Set Up Data Entry Templates: Create an easy-to-use data entry template in Excel, where I can input sales figures (e.g., products sold, units sold, price per unit, payment method, tips, etc.). The template should allow me to manually input the sales data for each event, including venue, date, product sold, payment method, and tips. Design Pivot Tables & Summaries: Use Pivot Tables to summarize the data based on the event date, venue, product sold, and payment method. Provide key metrics such as total units sold, total sales, and total tips for each product and event. Create Customizable Reports: Design a clear, easy-to-read summary report that shows total sales and breakdowns by product, event type, and payment method. Include sections for total sales, pints sold, and tips, and ensure the report is easy to update with new event data. The report should also allow for chart creation (e.g., bar charts or pie charts) for visualization of sales performance. Exportable PDF Format: Set up the report so that it can easily be exported as a PDF. I need to be able to generate and share this report with clients and for internal tracking purposes. Ongoing Support (optional): After the initial setup, I would like the option to contact you for support if I need help modifying or expanding the report as my business grows (e.g., adding new products or metrics). Skills Needed: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and chart creation. Experience with Excel automation and report generation.
