Illustration of small flashcards

Hi There,
I need help designing 150 simple flashcards for children and adults with communication barriers. The images are quite small in size, there are 20 per A4 sheet, and therefore they should not have too much details on them - they need to be illustrated. I have attached a reference document so that you can see what kind of images I am looking for (for the flashcards I need, some of the illustrations should be similar, but must not be exactly the same). Also, the colours would need to offer good contrast and the colour combinations should work for colour-blind people, but should not be too bright. The flashcards must not be stock images - they must be custom illustrations not subject to copyright so that I can use them commercially. for the 150 flashcards, I therefore need 7.5 (seven and a half - or 8) A4 pages with 20 flashcards on each page. I will provide the list of flashcards I need and most will either have a description of the image or a reference image that is a guide as to what the flashcard should look like. The text on the bottom of the flashcard should be Calibri size 12.
The price is fixed for £150. Please only respond if you can do this job for this price. The deadline for the work is Sunday 17th November
