We produce various reports for inspection activities carried out at our clients premises. The reports are completed by information recorded in notebooks. i would like a site result sheet which would link to our Inspection Report. some your information such as Customer name / address, location and equipment used would be obtained from dropdown boxes. small laptop / Tablets to be used and once the result is completed the information would be stored on the device and to the Cloud.
