Design pages using Indesign templates for our newspaper

Description

I am looking for someone who has an eye for detail and has experience in working on newspaper or magazine design, they know how to bring a story to life and make the news attention grabbing. Speed is also important as sometimes with news copy deadlines are tight. Could be regular weekly work for the right person.
Difficult to put a price down, as it's based on pages designed, so the price is a guideline only and we can negotiate once I have seen your work samples.
It's important you understand story telling or news, good command of UK English and use Indesign for the page designs.
