Fiction Book Proofreading and Edits

I'm about to finish my novel and need an experienced editor. The manuscript is approximately 130 pages long. Although I've proofread it carefully, an outside perspective is essential to catch any overlooked errors and improve the quality of the book.
Key areas of editing:- Grammar and punctuation: These are my main concerns. I need someone who can meticulously comb through the manuscript to make sure it's error-free.- Writing style: The book is written in a formal tone and I need an editor who can help maintain this style throughout.- Consistency: It's important that the manuscript is coherent and consistent from beginning to end.
Ideal candidate:- Exceptional command of the English language.- Impeccable attention to detail.- Experience of editing fiction is highly desirable.- Able to provide constructive feedback without altering the author's voice.
Please note that I'm not looking for feedback on plot or character development, but your ability to bring a fresh perspective to the manuscript as a whole would be appreciated.
